Diane Wilbur - Founder and Program Director
Diane Wilbur is an Executive Career Coach and Leadership Consultant who is passionate about helping others achieve their personal best. For more than 20 years, Diane’s focus on Talent Development has helped hundreds of professionals succeed in the workplace and impact organizations in a powerful way. She coaches many alumni with career transitions and teaches Leadership topics as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bryant University.
As a highly engaging keynote speaker and classroom facilitator, she shares her personal stories of failures and setbacks that led to her career
transformation. She began her career as a CPA and eventually found her strengths were with people, not with numbers. When she took the journey to become a salesperson at Fidelity, she became a top producer and President’s Club honoree. Her accomplishments were recognized as she progressed through sales management, earning the Sales Management Excellence Award and eventually led to her role as the Director of Human Resources.
Diane provides customized cutting-edge programs on “soft skill” topics such as personal branding, executive presence, communication skills and emotional intelligence. Melissa D. Travis - President, RI Society of CPA's
Melissa was most recently Director of Commercial Sales for HealthSource RI for Employers, which she joined in 2013. She has extensive experience in business and government in Rhode Island, as well as regionally and globally, with a career that has ranged from business development and sales, small business services, government healthcare and state economic development, as well as international trade and customs support. She was part of the implementation and launch of the small business program at HealthSource RI for Employers, recognized as the best performing per capita in the United States.

Ms. Travis received the Small Business Administration District Director Award in 2016, and prior to that had an award-winning career in sales with Tandberg/CISCO and Teknor Apex in Pawtucket, RI. She was the first woman named to the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association Board of Directors and works closely with industry groups across Rhode Island.
Maggie Lague - VP Operations RI Society of CPA's
Maggie Lague joined the RI Society in January 2018 as VP of Operations, and oversees office administration, budgets, professional education and member events for RISCPA. She has held numerous positions in accounting, finance, sales and administration management for firms in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She had most recently been serving as office administrator/accountant for the RI Manufacturers Association (RIMA), and has held prior positions at Ottmar Industries and New Realty Trust, both of Attleboro. She earlier worked in finance and sales at Santander Bank, Providence, Twobolt of Pawtucket, and Troika Stone & Surfaces, Inc. of East Providence. She earned her B.S. in accounting from Bryant University and makes her home in Lincoln, RI.
